Corrections policy
We correct errors based on priority: measurement errors, incorrect sizes, incorrect prices, misread batch codes, misspelled brand names and broken links.
To report an issue, email editorial@kakobuyshoes.org with the page URL, the specific sentence or figure in question, and any supporting photos or receipts. A five-working-day acknowledgement target applies only with a monitored inbox and assigned staff; it is not guaranteed.
When a correction is confirmed, we fix the error on the page and add a dated note at the top of the affected section explaining the change. Substantial changes to a score require a full rewrite of affected sections and a separately displayed correction or revision date for the review, while retaining its original publication date.
The corrections page should maintain a running list of all dated corrections, sorted newest first. If we cannot verify a reported claim, we will state this in our reply and add a note on the page where the unconfirmed claim appears where relevant.
Keep the original publication date and display corrections or revisions separately, retaining former scores and the reason for each change.
